Plan management is funded by the NDIS as a separate line item in your plan, so it doesn’t come out of your other supports. Provider invoices are processed promptly, generally within a few business days of submission. You can submit invoices through the secure dashboard or have your provider send them directly, and you’ll be able to track payment status as it happens.
